SYNTHETIC DIAMONDS FOR RESIN BOND APPLICATIONS
RS Mesh Series of Resin Synthetic Diamonds is our most popular general purpose diamond product for application
in resin bonded diamond wheels. RS Series Synthetic Diamonds for Resin Bond Application are available from high
friability RS2 diamonds to semi-friable RS6 diamonds.

RS4 Synthetic Diamonds - uniformly friable uncoated crystals with uniform diamond characteristics (crystal shape
and strength) which enable controlled micro fracturing for wheels self sharpening and free cutting action. RS4
Diamond is our most frequently used product. Uncoated and Ni56% coated RS4 Diamonds are available from our
stock for immediate delivery.

RS2 Synthetic Diamonds – high friability crystals with agglomerated crystal shapes. RS2 Diamonds are available for
special orders only.
RS3 Synthetic Diamond – slightly more friable than RS4 crystals. RS3 Ni56% - 60/80 and RS3 Ni56% - 80/100
diamonds are available from our stock for immediate delivery. Uncoated RS3 Diamonds are available from 60/80 to
120/140 sizes for special orders only.
RS6 Synthetic Diamonds - blockier (stronger) than RS4, semi-friable crystals. RS4 Ni56% diamonds are available
from our stock for immediate delivery. Uncoated RS6 Diamonds are available for special orders.
RSM Micron Powders - precisely graded friable diamond micron powder with blocky, uniformly strength crystals.
