Bright black powder with less than 2% of semitransparent and/or whitish crystals. CBN-5's consistent blocky, sharp
edged crystal shape make this ideal crystal for precision hardened steel grinding applications. The uncoated CBN-5
crystal is best suited for Electroplated and Vitreous bond grinding wheel systems.

CBN-5 Ni60% is Nickel coated to enhance the CBN-5 crystal's grinding performance in resin bond grinding wheels.
The Ni60% indicates the standard industry accepted level of Nickel Alloy coating.
